Terms of Purchase ("Purchase Conditions")
The Purchase Conditions govern your purchases of products and services available on mixgoe.com/ ("Company Pages" or "Pages"). The Company Pages are operated by mixgoe.com ("the Company"). Your use of the Company Pages and these terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY PAGES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AS DESCRIBED IN THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" SECTION.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Purchase Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You agree that (1) you are at least 18 years old, (2) you have the authority to enter into binding agreements, and (3) you are not a person prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
You must purchase and use the products and services available on the Company Pages strictly in accordance with these Purchase Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, "Laws"). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to your purchase, including all laws applicable in the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

You agree that all personal data we may collect about you (whether through the Company Pages, email, phone, or other means) will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Company may update its Privacy Policy at its discretion from time to time. Any changes will be posted on mixgoe.com. Your continued use of the Pages after changes means you accept those changes.
PURCHASE
Order Processing
The Company may, at its discretion, choose not to process or may cancel your order. This may occur if the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock, incorrectly priced, suspected to be fraudulent, or under other circumstances deemed appropriate by the Company. The Company also reserves the right to verify your identity before processing your order. The Company will not charge or refund fees for orders that are not processed or are canceled. Without limiting the above, the Company reserves the right to (i) withdraw any offer; (ii) correct errors or omissions; and (iii) change prices, content, promotions, product descriptions, or other information without notice (including after an order is placed, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).
Product and Service Descriptions
The Company strives to provide accurate product and service descriptions. However, it does not guarantee that descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with these Purchase Conditions.
The Pages may include a "quick view" feature that allows you to see product pricing and add items to your cart without opening the full product page. This feature is for convenience only. The full product page contains more detailed information about the product, origin, features, and pricing.
Pricing Information
The Company strives to ensure accurate pricing information but does not guarantee it is error-free. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrectly displayed pricing due to errors. If this occurs, you will be notified by email. The Company also reserves the right to correct pricing errors at its discretion.
Product Availability
The Pages may display product availability information, which estimates the likelihood of immediate shipment. Estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment. This may vary due to stock availability, weather, carrier delays, destination, or other factors. Availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be notified and the item may be removed from your order.

(e) products may not match local voltage or electrical standards, possibly requiring adapters or converters.
It is your responsibility to ensure the product meets your needs and can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.
Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction, including but not limited to sales tax, VAT, or import duties.
