How do I place an order?

To place an order:

Add the items to your shopping cart.

You can choose to proceed through our website checkout process or via PayPal.

If you choose to proceed through our website checkout, click the green “Complete Order” button on the right side of the screen.

If you choose to proceed via PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You will be redirected to our customer information page. You must fill in the following details:

Email address
Name
Address

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click the “Apply” button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.

Click the “Continue to shipping method” button. Verify that the delivery address is correct (if different from the billing address). When finished, click “Continue to payment method”.

You must enter your payment information. You also have the option to indicate that the delivery and billing addresses are the same (if applicable).

After completing the form, click the “Complete Order” button. You will be redirected to an order summary page and will receive a confirmation on the screen as well as a confirmation email.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect products are delivered?

If items are missing or incorrect products are delivered, please contact us at service@mixgoe.com.
Please include your transaction number (order number) and send proof (image file must be under 1 MB). We will send you the correct item free of charge, and you will not need to return the incorrect item. You may keep it as a gift from us!


How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.


I want to change my order. What should I do?

Order changes are possible on the same day until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). You can contact us at service@mixgoe.com to request changes.

Enter the desired quantity in the “Quantity” field next to the item image. After entering the quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order.

Click the cart icon at the top of the page. You can easily adjust item quantities or proceed to checkout from there.


How do I remove items from my cart?

Click the cart icon in the top-right corner to view your items.

Find the item you want to remove and click the “Remove” link under the quantity. The item will be automatically deleted and the page will update.


How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Click the cart icon in the top-right corner to view your items and their quantities.

To change quantity, edit the number in the “Quantity” field. The total price will update automatically.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promo code:

Select your item and click the green “Complete Order” button.

Fill in your customer information.

Enter the discount code in the “Discount” field at the top right.

Click “Apply” and make sure the discount appears in your order summary.


What is your return and exchange policy?

Please refer to our return policy for details. Our customer service is available 24/7.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect products), the customer does not need to pay shipping fees.
