When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and the destination. We apologize for any possible delivery delays that may occur if the shipment needs to be cleared through customs or inspected, or due to carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your confirmation email once the order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of 2.99 USD for all worldwide destinations.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. For more information about destination countries, please contact us at service@mixgoe.com.

How can I change the delivery address?

Address changes are possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@mixgoe.com to request such changes.

Can I receive my order at a different address than my billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some products will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items will be manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
