Returns policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Customers are only charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns as well); no restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your original credit card or payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. It often takes a few days before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@mixgoe.com.

Please contact our customer service at service@mixgoe.com to obtain the return address.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer must cover the shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the express delivery company you choose.
If the products are damaged or incorrect due to our responsibility, the customer does not need to cover the shipping costs.
